Small lightweight caravan from KIP. Slight signs of use, but that's normal for its age ;)

No known water damage, does not smell musty.

The layout actually provides for a seating area in the front, which can be converted into a bed (dimensions 140cm x 200cm sleeping area).

As there are only ever two of us on the road, we have installed a fixed slatted frame here, including mattress and topper. However, it is very easy to remove if you prefer to have two seating areas.
There is a small kitchen with a 3-burner hob, sink and fridge, as well as a Thetford fixed bench toilet.

The price includes an Obelink awning (Fiesta Comfort)

Known defects

Fresh water pump has a loose contact.

One window regulator is defective.

As there are only ever two of us on the road, we have installed a fixed slatted frame here, including mattress and topper. However, it is very easy to remove if you prefer to have two seating groups.
